"Will you have confirmation and documentation that your client used this item for its intended purpose?" No, but if they come in tomorrow with a stomach ache and orange ink around their lips and a warrant, we'll know that they didn't use it for its intended purpose.

When Someone States That They Believe Everyone Who Is Homeless Obviously Just Made Bad Decisions And Deserves To Be Out There:
Yes, that homeless veteran with PTSD and a missing leg, who has been waiting for his veterans benefits to come through for four years now, obviously made terrible decisions. That homeless kid who got kicked out for being gay by intolerant parents, yup, totally deserves homelessness... I could (and will) go on.

When Someone Says That If A Homeless Person Doesn't Want To Be Homeless Anymore, They Should Just Go Get A Job:
Exactly where should they find sustainable employment? The market is hard out there for people without addictions, mental health issues, criminal records or gaps in their work history. Add in the fact that they are homeless and without reliable transportation and you tell me where they will be able to make a living wage?
